At Charlie B Collection, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring all original garment tags are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items pass our quality inspection.
